Maximo Implementation Consultants

Cohesive is recruiting Senior Maximo Consultants to work with customer implementing business and technical solutions. Senior Consultants will be responsible for leading project, consulting with customers on asset management leading practices, work with customers to establish business requirements, develop detailed functional requirements for Maximo configurations, configure Maximo, develop and execute system tests, develop end user training materials, and provide training to customers.Candidates should have 3 or more years of experience implementing Maximo on releases 5, 6 and/or 7. Candidates must also posses and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Functional Expert in Asset, Work and/or Supply Chain Management using Maximo
Application Design
Database Configuration
Work Flow Development and Administration
Expertise Writing SQL Queries
Software Development and Implementation Life Cycle
Willingness to Travel

Candidates with current IBM Maximo Certification(s) in EAM and/or ITSM are preferred. Related experience with commercial CMMS/Asset Management Systems such as Oracle EAM, SAP, Passport, EMPAC, Datastream, PIMS, etc. is a plus.

TECHNICAL POSITIONS:

Maximo Technical Consultants

Cohesive is recruiting Maximo Technical Consultants to support project teams and provide technical solutions to Maximo customers. Technical Consultants are responsible for Maximo product installation and initial setup, migration of customer legacy data into Maximo and the design, development and documentation of interface with Maximo.Candidates should have 3 or more years of related experience with Maximo release 5, 6 and/or 7. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Maximo and possess the following skills:

Enterprise Database (Oracle, SQL-Server, DB2)
SOA - WebLogic and/or WebSphere
Structured Query Language (SQL)
Data Conversion using the Maximo Data Loader or other similar tools
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools
Maximo Enterprise Adaptor (MEA) / Maximo Integration Framework
Windows Server OS and AIX/Linux/Solaris
Understanding of Network TCP/IP
Willingness to Travel

Knowledge of computer system vitalization and ERP systems (Oracle & SAP) a plus.
