As a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Mr. Szaro's responsibilities include internal training of employees, software configuration, electronic workflow training, and the management / implementation of Maximo for numerous clients.
Alex's background includes application configuration, interface specifications, and electronic workflow design/implementation. He has worked extensively with organizations in process redesign of their supply chain and work management processes. Prior to Cohesive, Alex has held management consulting positions with Deloitte & Touche and as a power plant engineer for The Detroit Edison Company. He has led numerous maintenance management software implementations for both EMPAC and Maximo at clients such as: Wisconsin Public Service Company, The Nuclear Management Company, Frontier Oil Company, Texas Municipal Power Administration, and Southern Power Company.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
