As a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Mr. MacMillan’s responsibilities include managing and implementing process improvement and systems implementation initiatives for capital intensive organizations.
Scott's background includes design and systems engineering in the nuclear power generation industry. He has over 17 years of work management process improvement experience and has implemented many of the top tier enterprise asset management and ERP systems. He has worked extensively with organizations in the power generation, and pulp and paper industries. Prior to Cohesive, Scott has held positions with Deloitte Consulting and Dominion Energy.
Scott holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a MBA from William and Mary.
